Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
- A master’s degree or equivalent in Glass-blowing, fine arts, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of glass-blowing experience is essential
- A sound technical background and understanding of the glass industry are essential
- Experience in assisting gaffers and gaffer work is essential.
- Strong personable skills and the ability to easily engage & communicate with guests in a high-end hospitality environment are essential.
- A keen eye for detail and an eagerness to learn and grow both technically and creatively.
- Key requisites – Strength and mobility; good physical condition; administrative skills, excellent organizational skills, and teamwork.
