Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • A proven track record of Sales experience within a luxury brand
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
  • An Entrepreneurial attitude
  • The ability to communicate with key stakeholders, ensuring long-lasting relationships are established
  • Analytical mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Confidence to present ideas and back them up with sound arguments
  • A drive to succeed and a passion for exceeding budgets
  • Capable of thinking outside the box and being creative with new ideas
  • Ability to anticipate trends
  • Maturity to work alone remotely
  • Strong sense of teamwork and a willingness to take on tasks outside of the normal remit
  • Willingness and ability to work under pressure
  • Previous experience working and living in a remote location would be an advantage
  • Preferred native English language with additional fluency in either Chinese or Russian languages

Role Details:

  • Resort-based Ambassador for Soneva’s Sales & Marketing team
  • Prepare itineraries for trade familiarisation (FAM) & media visits
  • Conduct site inspections, articulating the USPs of Soneva
  • Host familiarisation (FAM) & media visits. This could be lunches, dinners and resort experiences
  • An engaging communicator, you will be seen as the bridge between the Soneva Brand and high-level trade and media partners at the resort: listening to their needs, identifying opportunities, and developing immersive experiences that offer a true sense of our award-winning hospitality
  • Build relationships with the trade & media partners visiting the resort
  • Attend morning briefings to update the team on sales & marketing activities
  • You will live and breathe Soneva’s SLOW LIFE ethos and sustainable legacy, and through your words and actions, you will inspire a lifetime of rare experiences among our partners as they sell and promote our brand
