Resort Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our team as Resort Manager at Soneva Kiri. The successful candidate will lead our dynamic multi-national team of professionals.

• Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Resort Manager, Resident Manager or Hotel Manager in luxury resorts/hotels.
• Remote island experience is an advantage.
• Evidence of continuous learning and personal development.
• Experience in managing budgets and P&Ls as well as creating short-, medium- and long-term goals for yourself and your direct reports.
• Impeccable written and spoken English communication skills.
• Fluent Thai language speaker preferred.
• Passion for sustainability and wellness.
• Ability to communicate confidently and with charisma and empathy, present and share information effectively and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility in dealing with and reacting to changing priorities.
