Responsible for assisting Reservations Department in the day to day Operations in the department, handling of all reservation inquiries, requests, processing of reservations and assisting the department to achieve highest level of standards, occupancy and revenue. The role entails handling and coordinating guest reservations and assisting guests in their reservation requests till they arrive on the island.
Skills and abilities:
– Good communication skills, command of English
– Knowledge of Opera
– Sales ability and good follow up and administrative skills
– Excellent in engaging with guests over the phone in the highest professional standards
– Minimum three years experience in Reservation function.
