Reservations Agent – Chinese speaking

Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Reservation Agent with a luxury hotel or resort background is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing is desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS system.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are required
• Strong computer skills and telephone etiquette, good organizational skills and the ability to work in a team
