Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Purchase Officer or a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
• Effective communication and the ability to adapt well on a remote island.
• Great time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• To maintain up-to-date records of all suppliers, their products and price lists.
• To review and update company buying policies and procedures.
• To ensure that reports and administration requirements are submitted in set time.
