The Plant-based Commis Chef is in charge of creating dishes using vegetables, grains and other plant-based foods.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a vegan or plant-based chef
- A culinary arts degree or diploma is an advantage
- Understanding of and being able to follow to a range of dietary requirements
- Designing meals that promote and aid a healthy lifestyle
- Striving to provide food that is creative, visually appealing and inspiring in flavour
- Good communication skills in the English language and strong interpersonal skills
