Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar field or a background in administration roles.
• Ability to handle and process patient prescription requests according to policy and procedures.
• Ability to familiarize themselves with medical terminologies, names of instruments and gain medical knowledge across different modalities such as Western, Chinese, Ayurvedic, and Holistic medicine.
• Ability to monitor the requisition, storage and use of all operating equipment and supplies.
• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.
