Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Requirements and Skills: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar field in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
• Complete knowledge of SPL’s policies and procedures; rules and regulations, facilities and services, first aid and fire fighting preferred, full range of Front Office services and operations.
• Ability to co-ordinate with other departments, familiarity with the entire Hotel premises.
• Ability to communicate freely with guests entertains and accommodates any specific needs raised by guests, receive and handle all guests courteously and sincerely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
