As the Learning & Development Manager you would be required to facilitate and deliver training programs which will contribute to the positive development of hosts and working with team leaders to identify and address employee and resort operational development needs.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of learning and development experience including developing, implementing, and delivering trainings.
Thorough knowledge of modern learning and development tools and technique.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to engage, motivate and influence.
Proficiency, at an intermediate level, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
Tertiary qualifications, or other collegiate-level degree, in Training or Human Resources would be advantageous.
