Minimum of 3 years’ facilitation experience and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing Learning and Development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
Has a minimum of 3 years’ facilitation experience and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing Learning and Development.
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
Fluent in Business Level English, written and spoken.
Strong capability in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to lead and develop individual Hosts.
Knowledge of instructional design, development, and deployment of Learning and Development initiatives, including evaluation processes highly preferred.
