Kids Club Manager

The Kids Club Manager will be responsible for coordinating all activities appropriate to kids’ varying ages. Kids’ activities are to incorporate both educational and fun aspects as well as Soneva’s unique environment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring both the kids and their parents experience fun activities in a safe and secure manner.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a luxury resort/hotel
• Knowledge of basic health & safety
• Fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages will be an advantage
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Good operational and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership, motivation and people skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and goal-driven
• Experience living in the Maldives or on a remote island is preferred.
