Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• A master’s degree or equivalent in Glass-blowing, fine arts or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of glass-blowing experience is essential.
• A sound technical background and understanding of the glass industry is essential.
• Experience in assisting gaffers and gaffer work is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to easily engage & communicate with guests in a high-end hospitality environment is essential.
• A keen eye for detail and an eagerness to learn and grow both technically and creatively.
• Key requisites – Strength and mobility; good physical fitness; administrative skills, excellent organizational skills and teamwork.
