We are seeking an Innovation & Quality Manager who will oversee the quality standards in the resort and provide support to the Managing Director of Operations and development in ensuring excellence.
Requirements:
As Management Trainee within the Innovation & Quality team, the successful candidate will provide support to the Managing Director of Operations and Development in ensuring the achievement of Soneva’s Top 5 Goals.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:
A Bachelor’s degree or higher
Varied experience in hospitality; experience in quality assurance is preferable while experience in the delivery of training programs would be an advantage
Well-versed in all Office 365 applications, knowledge of Opera and other hospitality-related software would be an added advantage
Strong analytic and cognitive skills
Ability to extract and communicate data effectively
Highly organised and detail orientated
Ability to present facts, information and ideas with flair and passion
Creativity and innovative thinking
Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage
