Innovation and Quality Manager
The Innovation & Quality team has responsibility for ensuring that Soneva remains at the forefront of industry development through a process of constant innovation while maintaining a foundation of world-leading standards of quality across every aspect of our business and operations. In the capacity of Manager within the IQ team, the incumbent will provide support to the MD Operations and Development as well as the Group General Manager in ensuring the achievement of Soneva’s top five goals.

Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position in a luxury resort or hotel
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business management, or equivalent
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Management experiences across functions within a resort or hotel will be an added advantage
- Excellent computing skills
- Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis and statistical methods.
