Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR) Management or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a HR manager or in a similar position.
• Previous experience at a luxury resort or hotel in Maldives is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Experience working with Fusion system, payroll processing, visa application, recruitment, and other HR aspects are mandatory.
• Committed to ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction.
• We are looking for a person who is results-driven and has strong skills.
• Knowledge of foreign languages will be an advantage.
