Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or additional courses in guest services and relations will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of French, Italian, Spanish, and/or German language is a mandatory.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury resort or hotel in guest services, front office, or a similar guest-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds and cultures, as well as communicate clearly with the hosts and management.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints with tact and grace, resolve conflicts, and find solutions to various issues that may arise during a guest’s stay.
