F&B Operation Manager

Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
• Ability to forecast food and beverage needs and meet financial targets.
• Act as purchasing officer & budget controller for the restaurant and create a professional relationship with all suppliers with great delegation skills.
• Champion a training culture within the Food and Beverage team to ensure succession planning, and collate food safety alerts when appropriate, to be responsible for ensuring departmental compliance with the group health and safety policy.
• Constantly review the product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills and experience with designing menus.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements.
