Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Minimum 1-2 year’s experience in a similar role in luxury hotel/resort will be an advantage.
• Hospitality certificate or a Diploma in a related field from a recognized institution.
• Must have experience as an order taker, personal assistant or in room dining.
• Ability to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service.
• Fluent in written & spoken English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, helpful, confident and an engaging personality.
