Speciality Chef

The candidate must be multi skilled and specialized in making specific dishes such as Dim-sums & Peking duck.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role at a luxury five-star resort/restaurant/hotel
• Fluent communication in English – spoken and written
• Should be able to assist in creating fine and traditional Chinese Dim Sums
• Must be able to ensure a fine taste of the food and deliver the best guest experience
