We are currently seeking a talented, energetic, and hands-on Executive Sous Chef.
Requirements:
Hotel school diploma or degree in hotel management or related field.
Proven working experience in 5-star hotels or resorts.
Minimum 7 to 8 years of combined kitchen experience. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management position in a Leading 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
Previous experience working in remote island resorts is of advantage and the ability to work with a multinational team of enthusiastic culinary professionals.
Must be creative and up to date with the latest culinary trends.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships.
