Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • A degree or diploma in hotel management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 to 4 years in the position of Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef in a leading luxury or internationally recognized, award-winning resort or hotel.
  • Proven kitchen management and leadership skills to motivate and further develop the skills of the kitchen team.
  • Must have previous experience managing multicultural teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety management through HACCP.
