Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
A degree or diploma in hotel management or equivalent.
At least 3 to 4 years in the position of Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef in a leading luxury or internationally recognized, award-winning resort or hotel.
Proven kitchen management and leadership skills to motivate and further develop the skills of the kitchen team.
Must have previous experience managing multicultural teams.
Excellent knowledge of food safety management through HACCP.
