Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Degree in hotel management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience working in the housekeeping department of a luxury hotel or resort, including at least 3 years as a manager and handling a diverse team, are required
- Strong commercial and business acumen, passion for the hospitality industry, and new trends
- Passion for people’s development
- Results-driven, focused and with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to deal with a multitude of tasks
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and other languages would be advantageous, particularly the Thai language
- A mix of remote island and city hotel or resort experiences is an advantage. Previous working experience working within Thailand, or the Maldives would be of particular interest
