Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, science or a related field
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in a similar position in a luxury resort or hotel
- Ability to oversee project logistics and resource allocation
- Expert-level knowledge of engineering equipment, technology and processes
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ensures quality and safety compliance standards are met at all times
