We are currently looking for a very talented and success-driven Sales Director to join our dynamic Villa Ownership team in Thailand.
Requirements:
Previous experience within the ultra-luxury resort or super-prime residential real estate sector is essential along with the gravitas to confidently interact with UHNWI, to develop and successfully close sales of our unique residential villas.
As this is a client-focused role, we are seeking a Sales Director that is an out of the box thinker with a strong network of contacts within the UHNWI global community. The successful candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit, be a door opener and be inspired by and passionate about sustainability. You will have a proven ability to close residential sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a pipeline of suitable prospects, through in-resort and external enquiries and have the ability to convert enquiries to serious leads. This would involve being onsite at Soneva Resorts during selected seasons, including Peak and Premium High seasons, and be willing to travel across the key markets, at short notice if required.
To close sales of private residential prospects.
To support the Chief Commercial Officer in the achievement of the Residential Sales Strategy and contribute to its ongoing development and success.
Achieve the best possible deal acceptable to all stakeholders and shareholders
Manage relationships with all key stakeholders, working under the direction and guidance of the Chief Commercial Officer.
Maintain and develop a computerised customer and prospect database, using Salesforce and Workbooks (SVO database system).
Plan and carry out sales activities in the designated sales territory to agreed budgets, sales volumes and timescales.
Take direction and guidance from the CEO and Chief Commercial Officer and work closely with the teams on all proposed sales promotional and marketing activities following brand and marketing guidelines.
Develop ideas and interventions which will increase the prospect base.
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, telephone and personal visits (if travel required with approval of the CCO/CEO).
Work with the Soneva teams towards executing well-organized site visits and follow up meetings and correspondence.
