We are hiring a Digital Revenue and Experience Manager who will be responsible for a strong performance in digital advertising and the quality of the digital experience on Soneva.com. This role reports to the Digital Marketing Director.

Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital advertising
- Experience in web design and development is essential
- Experience in the hospitality and travel industries will be an advantage
- Experience in e-commerce in fashion, cosmetics, or luxury would be an advantage
- Must be an expert with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Tools, programmatic advertising, Excel (pivot tables and formulas), and advertising strategy (funnels, traffic acquisition, attribution models, etc.)
- Strong experience in web development, languages (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP), WordPress, WooCommerce, and tracking (GTM)
- Self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven with attention to detail and brand image
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
