Digital Product Manager

Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Requirements and Skills: Location: Bangkok or remote-based Proven experience in managing a website and digital products in the luxury sector (ideally a luxury brand outside of hospitality).
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Technologies, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• At least 5 years experience in digital product management, ideally in the luxury sector.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and knowledge of current digital trends.
• Ability to plan, develop and manage Soneva’s online presence, including but not limited to Soneva.com, the Soneva Online e-commerce project and the Soneva App Experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools.
• Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and willingness to keep up-to-date with industry developments.
• Manage A/B testing to improve conversion and engagement rates.
