Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the main kitchen.
- Must have knowledge of Western, Thai, and international cuisines and breakfast buffets.
- Chinese language conversational skills are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and knowledge of hygiene standards are preferred.
- Must be able to prepare mise-en-place for the preparation of food items according to pre-determined recipes and dish specifications.
