Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
  • Excellent baking and pastry skills with good techniques.
  • Ability to make specialty breads like Focaccia, Ciabatta, Lavash, Pita, Baguette, Sour Dough and others.
  • Ability to make Breakfast pastries like croissant, Danish, muffins, whole meal pancakes etc.
  • Ability to come up with new ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner breads.
  • Ability to train others to ensure they produce quality standard breads.
  • Effective communication, guest-focus approach, and ability to adapt well.
  • Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation.
  • Great time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
