Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Japanese cuisine in a high-end restaurant or luxury resort.
• Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi rolling techniques.
• Experience in Asian cuisine will be an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety management through HACCP.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cohesively in a team.
• Self-driven individual, and a proactive team player.
