The Commi must have good organizational skills, communication skills and passion for excellence.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role at a luxury five-star resort/hotel
- Passion for quality and excellence in high standards of production and presentation of food
- Good communication in English language
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Ability to maintain food safety standards and HACCP
- Maintain at all times proper cleanliness and hygiene in all work, store and refrigeration areas.
