The Commis Chef at our hot kitchen will prepare all relevant mise-en-place according to pre-determined recipes and dish specifications.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role at a luxury resort/hotel
- Passion for quality and excellence in high standards of production and presentation of food.
- Good communication skills in the English language
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Ability to maintain food safety standards and HACCP
- Good organisational skills and knowledge of hygiene standards
