Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 2-3 year of experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
  • Cold kitchen experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety management through HACCP.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cohesively in a team.
  • Self-driven individual, and a proactive team player.
