Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent
- A minimum of two years of experience as a reservation agent with a luxury hotel or resort background is preferred
- Knowledge of the Opera system is essential
- Excellent communication skills are required; fluency in English and Chinese is essential
- A strong focus on customer service
