Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
• Good knowledge of resort operations, Engineering Service and Management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work as a team player to support all other resort operational departments.
