Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury resort or hotel.
• A degree or diploma in hotel management or a related field.
• Strong background in a hot kitchen is mandatory; having cold kitchen experience will be an added advantage.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety management through HACCP.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cohesively in a team.
• Self-driven individual, and a proactive team player.
