Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• A minimum of 5-7 years experience in the culinary industry and with luxury resorts or hotel chains
• Extensive knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and the language
• Experience working in the Maldives will be an added advantage
• The ability to work in shifts and cover all meal periods
• Good communication skills, a great team player with a pleasant personality.
