Performs a variety of culinary duties associated with the preparation, presentation of dishes as well as having knowledge of cuisines in strict accordance with Soneva dining Services and procedures. Ensure food safety procedures and performs cooking functions within all kitchens in Soneva which involves buffet preparation, plate presentation and outdoor dining. Preparing all the assigned daily mis-en-place and food items according to predetermine recipes and guideline given by the superior. Check all food requisition and make sure not to over order.

Education: Hospitality certificate from a recognised school or institute, secondary education required
Work Experiences: Minimum 1 year experience in food preparation performing all basic kitchen functions, at a luxury resort/ hotel.
Language/Skills: Average proficiency in English
