Performs a variety of culinary duties associated with the preparation, presentation of dishes as well as having knowledge of cuisines in strict accordance with Soneva dining Services and procedures. Ensure food saferty procedures and performs cooking functions within all kitchens in Soneva which involves buffet preparation, plate presentation and outdoor dining. Preparing all the assigned daily mise-en-place and food items according to predetermine recipes and guideline given by the superior. Check all food requisition and make sure not to over order.

Education: Hospitality certificate from a recognized school or institute, secondary education required
Work Experiences: Minimum 4 years of food preparation experience performing all basic kitchen functions, and Minimum 1-year experience in a responsible role in-charge for handling overall Section operations, proven track of food preparation, presentation and preservation knowledge is essential.
Language/Skills: Fluency in English
