Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
• Hold a valid captain’s license with inboard and outboard and necessary maritime certifications.
• Extensive experience in operating various types of watercraft, including speedboats and dhonis. Adept at navigation, marine safety, and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and adapt to a dynamic, guest-focused environment.
