Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Applicant must have a valid captain’s license with inboard, outboard and necessary maritime certifications.
- Extensive experience in operating various types of watercrafts, including speedboats and Dhoni’s. Adept at navigation, marine safety, and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and adapt to a dynamic, guest-focused environment.
