Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
- A Butler Supervisor or Team Leader
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar field with certification or training as a butler by an internationally recognised institute
- We are looking for Barefoot Guardians (Butlers) who display a high degree of integrity.
- Ability to embrace the rhythm of island life at our award-winning resorts, where sustainable living and a barefoot philosophy are part of the natural order
- As a Barefoot Guardian, you’ll be a vital point of contact for guests from around the world, anticipating their every need, curating exquisite experiences and ensuring their stay exceeds every expectation
- Excellent Communication skills and interpersonal skills
