Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Proficiency in Chinese language is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar field with certification or training as a butler by an internationally recognized institute.
- Ability to embrace the rhythm of the island life at our award-winning resorts, where sustainable living and a barefoot philosophy are part of the natural order.
- As a Barefoot Guardian Team Leader, you’ll be a vital point of contact for guests from around the world, anticipating their every need, curating exquisite experiences and ensuring their stay exceeds every expectation.
