Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar field with certification or training as a butler by an internationally recognised institute​.
• Ability to embrace the rhythm of the island life at our award-winning resorts, where sustainable living and a barefoot philosophy are part of the natural order​​.
• As a Barefoot Guardian, you’ll be a vital point of contact for guests from around the world, anticipating their every need, curating exquisite experiences and ensuring their stay exceeds every expectation​.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Chinese & foreign language skills, both written and spoken would be a plus. .
