Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Proficiency in Japanese language is mandatory
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Butler with certification or training in the field by a recognized institute.
• Ability to manage guest expectations and ensure their stay in the resort is pleasant and comfortable.
• Ability to embrace the rhythm of island life at our award-winning resorts, where sustainable living and the barefoot philosophy are part of the natural order.
• As a Butler, you’ll be a vital point of contact for guests from around the world, anticipating their every need, curating exquisite experiences, and ensuring their stay exceeds every expectation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
