Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Applications are open only for local, Maldivian nationals.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar field with certification or training as a butler by an internationally recognized institute​.
• We are looking for Barefoot Guardians (Butlers) who display a high degree of integrity. ​​
• Ability to embrace the rhythm of the island life at our award-winning resorts, where sustainable living and a barefoot philosophy are part of the natural order​​.
• As a Barefoot Guardian, you’ll be a vital point of contact for guests from around the world, anticipating their every need, curating exquisite experiences and ensuring their stay exceeds every expectation​.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Dhivehi language is mandatory.
