Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Keeping Hospitality in our hearts and service in our minds, we seek passionate and committed Butlers with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar field.
- Certification or training as a Butler from an internationally recognized institute.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), knowledge of foreign languages such as Arabic, French, Chinese, Spanish, and Portuguese will be mandatory.
- We seek dedicated professionals who display a high degree of integrity with the ability to embrace the rhythm of the island life at our award-winning resorts, where sustainable living and a barefoot philosophy are part of the natural order.
- As a Barefoot Guardian, you’ll be a vital point of contact for guests from around the world, anticipating their every need, curating exquisite experiences and ensuring their stay exceeds every expectation.
