To over-see day-to-day restuarant operations, attend to guests’ F&B requirements, overall control of restaurants, maintaining the standard set by the F&B service Manager in all outlets. Conduct training at the individual outlets according to provided guidelines.
Education: Degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
Experience: Minimum 5 years of F&B service experience
Language: English / Thai – Proficient Oral and Written, a second foreign language will be of advantage
Other Knowledge & Skills: Full knowledge of the operations of restaurant and bar procedures, set up and service in addition to the resort’s policies.
