We are looking for an Assistant Reservation Manager – based at Soneva Kiri, Thailand - with full-time Reservation experience, to develop, monitor, and report on team metrics and sales or service trends, maintains an effective quality program to increase sales and deliver excellent guest service.​
Requirements:
A Bachelor degree. Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role in a luxury five-star hotel/resort.
English, Thai proficient oral and written. Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral in a professional manner and able to handle pressure.
High energy, ability to remain focused on goals and lead a team. Ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have strong organizational skills.
Proficient in opera and Microsoft office suite.
Hires, trains and provides ongoing development to maintain a high quality, professional team.​ Actively manages the planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring of all team tasks to ensure guest needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
