Artist-adventurer Roger Fishman is a world-renowned aerial photographer and filmmaker who creates exquisite fine-art imagery. Shooting with a Hasselblad, he often hangs from a harness out of a helicopter in the most remote parts of the world to capture his unique images.
In collaboration with For A Better World, a philanthropic arts and adventure company on a mission to raise funds for reforestation and clean water projects, Roger will be exhibiting a new Water As Art series of images called the ‘Dance of Mother Earth’ at Soneva Fushi’s art gallery. A portion of the proceeds of all art sales will be donated to the two non-profits, Forests Without Frontiers and Water Charity.
Two Soneva Fushi guests are also invited to join Roger for a thrilling two-hour seaplane adventure around the more remote parts of the Baa Atoll area, to savour the lagoons from above and watch Roger at work. Also included in this unique guest experience is the choice between one large or two small printed images, which will be shipped to the guests’ homes after their stay.
While at Soneva Fushi, Roger will also be hosting a Talkers’ Table and captivating guests with tales of his incredible adventures and unique take on the remote world from above.
