Chef Martin Bruhn is the executive chef and culinary talent behind the success of West Berlin’s GRACE restaurant, known for its glamorous yet easy-going ambiance and A-list clientele. Inspired by his travels to some of the world’s gastronomic capitals – Bangkok, Paris, Tokyo, Mexico City – Bruhn endlessly invents new dishes for the menu, with flavours that are a bold blend of Asian and European finesse.
Passionate about the restaurant industry for more than two decades, Chef Bruhn started his career in the south of Germany, before joining Restaurant Quarré at Berlin’s famed Hotel Adlon. From 2009, he refined his fine dining experience across a series of high-profile dining destinations, working with the finest-quality produce, before taking up his current role at GRACE in 2015.
